Governor's Black Tie 2025
Olympia Companies Charitable Foundation hosts the annual Governor’s Black Tie, supported by the Governor of Nevada since its inception. The Governor’s Black Tie continues to be the premier fundraising event in the state raising much-needed funds for eight local charities and has proudly raised more than $28.5 million in 24 years.
The four-day celebration kicks off with the Governor’s Grand Bash highlighted by an exclusive concert from a country music icon, a spirited live auction, and a strolling dinner featuring culinary creations from M Resort Spa & Casino. The event continues with the two-day invitational golf tournament and a formal black-tie reception and plated dinner at Southern Highlands Golf Club that concludes with an impressive ten-minute firework display. On Saturday, the final day of tournament play, Nevada’s First Lady Donna Lombardo hosts the First Lady’s Luncheon event with shopping pop-ups presented by a variety of retailers.
The Governors Black Tie supports eight local charities including Assistance League of Las Vegas, Boys and Girls Club of Southern Nevada, Candlelighters, Children’s Heart Foundation, DISCOVERY Children’s Museum, Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation, Andson, and Opportunity Village.
Money raised over the years through OCCF has sent critically ill children to summer camp, provided school supplies and clothing for children, created a vibrant community youth center, enabled students to access academic and financial literacy classes, financially assisted military families and families of children diagnosed with cancer to name a few.
