Angela Rock Honored as Philanthropist of the Year for Transformative Work with Children's Heart Foundation

Angela Rock, Executive Director of the Olympia Companies Charitable Foundation, was recently honored as the Philanthropist of the Year by the Children’s Heart Foundation (CHF). Angela’s leadership and passion for community service have made her an inspiration to her colleagues and a dedicated advocate for children’s health.

Since 2000, the Olympia Companies Charitable Foundation has raised over $28 million for local charities. Angela has been instrumental in shaping the Foundation’s success over the past decade, particularly through signature events like the Governor’s Black Tie, which has raised over $2 million for CHF. These funds have provided life-changing experiences, including sending 750 children to Camp Mend-A-Heart.

Angela’s hands-on approach, including her participation in camp activities like the annual Lip Sync Competition, reflects her deep commitment to making a lasting impact on the lives of "Heart Kids."
